"For a long time I have been looking for a wine that can accompany my cuisine; anyone who knows me knows how meticulous and adamant I can be on this point.

In the vineyards of Borgo Sant’Andrea I found that genuine expression of the flavors of the territory, the same spontaneous truthfulness of a beautiful evening spent with true friends, like dinners in my historic restaurant.

Thus, for over 20 years, the Rosso del Borgo, full-bodied but soft, blunt and sincere, has always been a fixed point at the center of my tables, so much so that it has become an indissoluble part almost like meat cooked on the embers of the fogolar, just as it did my father and my grandfather before him."
